The mission of Palm Beach Select Baseball Club is to provide an environment that enhances the growth, development and exposure opportunities for high school baseball players. Our mission is to help our players create a path to a successful college or professional career.

Although Palm Beach Select has established a reputation of fielding very competitive teams, winning is not our primary goal. It is the goal of our program to focus on the development of each member, to reach his fullest potential as a student athlete, teammate and quality young man. This is accomplished through the efforts of high caliber coaches with experience at the high school, college and professional levels. Our experienced staff will provide solid leadership and training methods that will provide Select players with the individual and team related skills they will need to succeed at the next level. The Select staff has contacts with college and professional scouts throughout the country. Select players will have an opportunity to showcase their abilities throughout our aggressive summer schedule that features 6 elite showcase events. These tournaments will provide exposure to scouts and help each player to get an opportunity at the college or professional level.Although we focus on showcase tournament play that provides players the opportunity to be discovered by college and professional scouts, we also work to develop the players through practices and round robin weekend tournaments, when not playing in showcase events.

Palm Beach Select will field teams in the 13-U, 14-U, 15-U, 16U, 17U, and 18-U age groups. We strive for the player to grow within our program and create opportunities for those players to progress from the 13U all the way through to the 18U program. This allows for the exposure for all high school age players, to college and professional scouts, through a consistent channel and the focused efforts of our coaches and recruiting coordinators to create that channel.

Utilizing the resources available as Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association (JTAA) sanctioned teams, Palm Beach Select Baseball Club enjoys the advantages of a large pool of talented student athletes, world class fields and training facilities at the Florida Marlins spring training facilities, high caliber coaching and built in fundraising opportunities that help offset the high cost of competing in such an aggressive showcase schedule.

As a Not for Profit organization, P.B. Select offers these competitive opportunities at a minimal price specifically for the benefit of the players involved.
